For over half a century now, the name Bonfanti - from which Bonfanti Garage was born - has been an international point of reference as specialist restorers of classic collectors’ and competition motor cars.

The aim of creating this club was to provide you with all our experience in order to spread the culture and knowledge of the classic car movement, such as we live it - with passion and involvement. On this web vlog you’ll find all of our videos in which we tell the story of the motor car by showing you the most beautiful, rare and authentic classics and we tackle issues useful to every collector.

We deepen our knowledge of each car, its history, its mechanics and particularities and thus prepare you for each stage of being a collector: buying and selling, restoration, maintenance and driving.

BONFANTI GARAGE

Before Bonfanti Garage Club came Bonfanti Garage, specialists in the restoration of historic competition and collector's cars (KNOW US HERE> www.bonfantigarage.it). Bonfanti Garage was founded by Gigi Bonfanti – father of Francesco - enthusiast, collector and restorer of classic Alfa Romeo cars since the beginning of the 1960s when, in Italy, the classic car movement was in its infancy.

For over 50 years, Bonfanti Garage has been an international point of reference as specialist restorers of classic collectors’ and competition motor cars. From this deep well of know-how Bonfanti Garage Club was born, a hub of communication regarding the culture and the knowledge of classic motor cars.

Today, the two brands are inseparable: they are intertwined and complement each other.

is a collector, base and communicator of information for the classic car movement.
It unites classic car enthusiasts, aims to conserve and preserve the value of the classic car movement and the history of motor cars - an invaluable asset for the transformation of every collector into knowledgeable specialist.

Correct information and targeted education will help you avoid errors which cost time and money. In-depth preparation will help you make the right choices as a collector: during the phases of acquisition, restoration, maintenance and driving.

It is our mission to provide all our experience, accumulated in half a century of intense work, for you to enjoy your classic car passion at its fullest, to involve you with our holistic and authentic approach, far removed from cold speculation and sterile material factors. We focus on the cultural, technical and historical aspects as well as emotional values. For us, driving and owning a classic car means belonging to a group of people who stimulate their senses with a voyage through time, consisting of moments of deep connection to history.

Some of Bonfanti Garage’s clients, who hail from all corners of the world, have created their own veritable private museums, some have reached podium finishes in the most distinguished concours d’elegance and sporting competitions, others regularly participate in the most prestigious international rallies. To this group of people but also to those who’d like to get closer to this world, we dedicate our credo of information and education, bolstered by topical discussions.

WE HAVE CREATED BONFANTI GARAGE CLUB TO PASS ON ALL THE KNOW-HOW WE HAVE ACCUMULATED IN HALF A CENTURY OF WORK: MOTOR TUNING, RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, COMPARISONS. WITH ENTHUSIASM, INTEREST AND NEVER-ENDING PASSION.

Bonfanti Garage is my second home, or perhaps my first home. I uttered my first words sat next to my father at the wheel of an Alfa Romeo from the 30s. I took my first steps wandering around such glorious motor cars. I immediately understood that these were the most fascinating “toys” in the world. At 24 years of age, after my father’s sudden passing, I decided to take the wheel of Bonfanti Garage.

My work has a distinct visceral element. It consists of scrupulous analysis, complex research and a dedicated network of people who often become great friends.

For restorations I have to immerse myself in the historical context in order to understand the vehicle in its uniqueness, to appreciate deeply every detail - considering all the project and production details: form, colours, materials and style.

My 30-year experience of restoration and consultancy have allowed me to acquire and consolidate technical knowledge which I am sharing with you, propelled by a unique engine of emotions: the classic car!
